Khristee Rich is a story doula. She shares true stories to aid women in pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She offers practical natural tips and emotional support and guidance. Currently, she is writing her first book on childbirth. Her book demonstrates that chronic conditions along the pregnancy journey and birth complications are on the rise but can be remedied with a holistic understanding.
