My immersion in the jungles and oceans of Costa Rica for eleven years infused my being with Gaia’s nurturing & erotic energy. To compliment that wild spirit, I've studied Environmental Governance (Msc), Yoga at Kripalu (YTT), Body-Mind Centering® (soon to become a BMC® Somatic Movement Educator), Stillness Touch (with Charles Ridley), Himalayan & Kashmiri Tantra, Somatic Sex Education, Shadow Alchemy (4 month intensive academy), Biodecoding®, Bach Flower Remedies, organic gardening, Thai Yoga Massage (at Lotus Palm in Montreal), Reiki and Contact Improvisation.
I've chosen the third path...I find bliss not in dissolving into spirit nor purely hedonistic pursuits, but rather in being fully present in my body as consciousness. Building the capacity to be with the dynamic tension that emerges when engaging in the dance between Spirit and Matter has been and will continue to be a life-long experiment.
