I am originally from the Netherlands where I completed my formal education before moving to Southern Africa. My journey as a coach began in 1994 when I qualified as an Educational Kinesiologist, later expanding my expertise as an allergy practitioner and Medical Intuitive. I combined my training , personal experiences with my intuition to develop my iThrive web-app. They include two subjects: Carefree Periods and Manne-pause and Menopause.
