I believe everyone deserves to make informed decisions when it comes to their health. When it comes to birth control - I find that full disclosure is glossed over or the provider leaves it up to the client to read the insert.

Let's face it. Most of us are too busy to read our full car insurance binder - let alone our birth control packet. Our doctor says "this will fix your cramps and heavy bleeding" and the client is like "OK - let's do it."
